Managing Sessions in Seqrite Intelligent Assistant (SIA)

Each chat or prompt interaction with SIA is referred to as a session. These sessions represent the end-to-end exchange of queries and responses, offering a structured way to manage your conversations effectively.


How to Manage Sessions

  1. Accessing Sessions:
    • Open the History Tab in the left pane of the SIA pop-up window to view the last 10 sessions saved.
  2. Renaming, Pinning, and Deleting Sessions:
    • Use the three dots menu available next to a session in the History Tab for the following options:
      • Rename a session to make it easier to identify.
      • Pin a session for quick access under the Pinned Tab.
      • Delete a session if it's no longer needed.

Pinned Sessions

Pinned sessions are stored under the Pinned Tab in the left pane for easy reference.

  • Pinning a Session:
    • Select a session from the History Tab and click Pin using the three dots menu.
    • A success message will appear in the top-right corner of the screen once the session is pinned.
  • Unpinning a Session:
    • Navigate to the Pinned Tab, locate the session, and click the three dots menu to select Unpin.

Note:
Pinned sessions are tied to the top 10 conversations in your History Tab. If a session drops out of the top 10, it will no longer appear in the Pinned Tab.
