Monthly Reports

You can configure the monthly report using the toggle button provided. The report is generated for the period from the 1st to the last day of the month and is sent to the registered email. Reports will begin being delivered sequentially starting from the 1st of the next month. For example, the report for the period from October 1st to October 31st will be delivered starting from November 1st. The report scheduler will run on the first day of each month, and users will receive the reports as soon as the data is retrieved from the data store.

Steps to Configure Monthly Reports:

  1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Protection Cloud.
  2. Navigate to Admin > Settings > Scheduled Report Settings.
  3. On the Scheduled Report Settings page, click the toggle button to enable the feature, and then click the expand sign next to Monthly Reports.
  4. Add email addresses to which the consolidated monthly reports will be sent. You can add up to
    5 email addresses.

    • Type the email address in the Add Email address text box and click Add.
    • If an email address is no longer required, use the Delete icon to remove it.
  5. Monthly reports will be automatically deleted after 15 months.
  6. Click Save to save your settings.

Weekly Reports

You can configure weekly reports by selecting a specific day of the week. Reports for the previous 7 days, starting from the selected day, will be generated and sent to the registered email address. For example, if you select "Monday", the reports will be generated for the period from the previous Monday to Sunday.

Steps to Configure Weekly Reports:

  1. Log on to the Seqrite Endpoint Protection Cloud.
  2. Go to Admin > Settings > Scheduled Report Settings.
  3. On the Scheduled Report Settings page, click the toggle button to enable the feature, and then click the expand sign next to Weekly Reports and enable this option.
  4. Select the day of the week on which you want the weekly reports to be generated.
  5. Add email addresses to which the weekly reports will be sent. You can add up to
    5 email addresses.

    • Type the email address in the Add Email address text box and click Add.
    • If an email address is no longer required, use the Delete icon to remove it.
  6. Under Report Type, select at least one type of report to be included in the weekly reports.
  7. Weekly reports will be automatically deleted after 3 weeks.
  8. Click Save to save your settings.

The reports will be sent to the added email addresses on the selected day each week.
