Within Seqrite XDR, both Super Administrators and Administrators have the authority to assign roles to other users. Moreover, exclusive access to the "Manage Users" page is restricted to Super Administrators and Administrators.
The following user roles are present in Seqrite XDR:
- Super Administrator
- Security Analyst
- SOC Manager
- Administrator

The Super Administrator role, unlike other roles, is not visible anywhere in the application.

Navigating to Manage Users page
Go to Settings> Mange Users.
The list of existing users appears.
The following deatils appear on the Manage Users page.
Field | Description |
USER NAME | Displays the User Name. |
EMAIL ADDRESS | Displays the Email Address of the user. |
USER ROLE | Displays the User Role in XDR. |
ACTION | Displays the Change Role link in each row when hovered. |
Changing role of the User

Only users with Super Administrator privileges have the authority to change user roles. Super Administrators possess the capability to modify the roles of other users to SOC Manager, Administrator, or Security Analyst.
- Click the link Change Role for the user that you want to change. The User Role dialog appears.
- Select the User Role from the list.
- Click Save.
User role will be updated.
Filter
To filter User Roles as per your requirements, enter the criterion in the filter box, add more conditions as required. The displayed User Roles list is automatically updated as per the set criteria.
