The purpose of this document is to provide instructions on how to configure and manage Zoom to enable SAML integration.

1. Adding a Vanity URL for Zoom

Refer Guidelines for Vanity URL requests to add a Vanity URL for Zoom.

2. Adding the SaaS application to Seqrite ZTNA

To add the SaaS application, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Seqrite ZTNA admin console.
  2. Navigate to the Applications section.
  3. Navigate to the SaaS Applications tab and click.
  4. To add Slack application click Browse SaaS Application Catalog.
  5. Click Add + of Zoom application card.
  6. Enter the Application Name. Provide the Application Description and Logo, if any.
  7. Select the following checkboxes as appropriate to control access from managed laptops, desktops, or mobile devices.
    • Allow access from registered Seqrite ZTNA-compliant devices:
      Only users with registered Seqrite ZTNA-compliant devices (on which the Seqrite ZTNA agent is installed and active), including desktops and laptops, can access the applications.
    • Allow access from mSuite:
      Mobile users are able to access applications only through the Workspace. To know more about accessing SaaS application through mSuite Workspace, see mSuite Documentation.
      Note: iOS is not supported; iOS users can access applications outside the Workspace also.
  8. Click Add to add the application.

3. Configure domain federation for Zoom

To configure domain federation for Zoom, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Zoom admin console and navigate to Advanced → Single Sign-On.
  2. Open Seqrite ZTNA Admin Console and navigate to Applications → SaaS Applications. Click the Manage option of the Zoom application. Copy the Issuer URL (Entity ID), Login URL, Logout URL, and Certificate from the Seqrite ZTNA Zoom application and paste them into the SAML Authentication configuration of Zoom.
  3. Select Binding HTTP-POST.
  4. Select Signature Hash Algorithm SHA-1.
  5. Save configuration to apply settings.

  6. Open the Seqrite ZTNA Admin Console and navigate to Applications → SaaS Applications. Click on the Manage option of the Zoom application. In the Entity ID, paste your Zoom Vanity URL. Enter the ACS URL as https://<Vanity URL>>saml/SSO and External Address as https://<Vanity URL>/signin.

  7. Navigate to Advanced → Security in the Zoom admin console and enable Allow users to sign in with Single Sign On (SSO) option.
