Seqrite Enterprise Mobility Management generates alerts and detailed reports on the cloud console for the cyber threats occured on mobile devices.It also include reports, alerts, and mitigation of cyber risks such as malware, spyware, viruses, or other threats.
On Demand report helps you to get the detailed reports on Infection Status, Network Data Usage, and App Non-Compliance. You can also get reports of particular date range and export these reports in CSV, PDF and HTML formats.
Note:
- You must filter the options to view the reports.
- The Export button appears only when a report is selected.
The following types of on demand reports are available on Seqrite Enterprise Mobility Management:
Device Compliance Report
With this report, you get complete information on various compliances, for all the devices. The report shows whether the devices comply with the policy of the organization.
Viewing Device Compliance Report for devices
To view the device compliance report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. -
In the Report Type list, select Device Compliance Report and click Search.
The displayed report show the user and device names and the compliance for the following parameters: App compliance, Policy Compliance, Vulnerable Compliance, Antitheft Compliance, Rooted/Jailbroken Compliance, Virus Signature Updated and Compliance Status. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.
- You can also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recepients.
Device Health Report
The report shows the status, storage and usage and other details of the devices.
Viewing Device Health Report for devices
To view the device health report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. -
In the Report Type list, select Device Health Report and click Search .
The displayed report show the user and device names and the status for the following parameters: Last Sync, Virus Signature Date, Battery Status, Available Storage, Total Storage, CPU Usage and Mobile Signal. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.
- You can also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recepients.
Device Asset Tracking Report
The report shows the asset details of the devices.
Viewing Device Asset Tracking Report for devices
To view the device asset tracking report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. -
In the Report Type list, select Device Asset Tracking Report and click Search .
The displayed report shows the user and device names and the asset details for the following parameters: Device Group, Policy, Manufacturer, Model, OS Type, OS Version, MAC Address and IMEI Number. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.
- You can also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recepients.
Device Sync Report
The report shows the devices connected to the Seqrite EMM console and whether data from the devices is synced with the server.
Viewing Device Sync Report for devices
To view the device sync report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select Device Sync Report.

Select the number of days from the options and click Search .
Note: Select a range and a date range options appear for 3 months subscription tenants only.The displayed report show the user and device names and the sync details for the following parameters: Last Connected, Last Sync, Registered On, and Compliance Status.

Vulnerability Scanning Report
The report shows the potential vulnerability on the device.
Viewing Vulnerability Scanning Report for Devices
To view the vulnerability scanning report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. - In the Report Type list, select Vulnerability Scanning Report.
The displayed report for device shows Device ID, User Name, Device Name, Rooted/Jailbroken Compliance,Password Policy, System Scan and Compliance Status.
You can search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page and also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recipients.
Malware Detection Report
The report shows if there were any malware attacks on the devices.
Viewing Malware Detection Report for devices
To view the malware detection report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select Malware Detection Report.
- Select any one option Device or Threat Name as required.

Select the number of days from the options and click Search .
Note: Select a range and a date range options appear for 3 months subscription tenants only.The displayed report for Device shows User Name, Device Name, Threat Type, Threat Detected and View Details.
The displayed report for Threat Name shows the Threat Name, Threat Type, Device Count and View Details. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.

Internet Data Usage Report
The report shows the Internet usage of the devices.
Viewing Internet Data Usage Report for devices
To view the Internet data usage report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select Internet Data Usage Report .
- Select any one option Device or Apps as required.

Select number of days from the options and click Search.
Note: Select a range and a date range options appear for 3 months subscription tenants only.The displayed report for Device shows the User Name, Device Name, Mobile Data, Wi-Fi and Roaming Data for the selected period.
The displayed report for Apps shows the Icon type, App Name, Mobile Data, Wi-Fi Data and Roaming Data for the selected period. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.

Call/SMS logs Tracking Report
The report shows the details for the calls amd SMS logs of the devices.

To view the call/SMS logs tracking report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select Internet Data Usage Report .

Select number of days from the options and click Search .
Note: Select a range and a date range options appear for 3 months subscription tenants only.The displayed report shows the User Name, Device Name, Log Type, Call/SMS, Phone Number, Contact Name, Duration and Date details for the selected period.
- You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.

App Non-Compliance Report
The report shows the details for the devices that violate any compliance policy.
Viewing App Non-Compliance Report for devices
To view the app non-compliance report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select App Non-Compliance Report .

Enter the app name, select any one option All or NA and click Search .
The displayed report shows the Device ID, User Name, Device Name, Device Group, App Version and App Non-Compliance Reason. - You can also search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page.
- You can also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recepients.
Web Violation in Workspace Report
The report shows the details for web violation of the devices.
Viewing Web Violation in Workspace Report for devices
To view the web violation in workspace report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. - In the Report Type list, select Web Violation in Workspace Report .

Select number of days from the options and click Search .
Note: Select a range and a date range options appear for 3 months subscription tenants only.The displayed report shows the Device ID, User Name, Device Name, URLs Violated, No. of Attempts and Violation Date.

Workspace App Non-Compliance Report
The report shows the details for the devices that violate any Workspace app compliance policy.
Viewing Workspace App Non-Compliance Report for devices
To view the workspace app non-compliance report for devices, follow these steps:

Log on to Seqrite EMM console, and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports .
The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports. -
In the Report Type list, select Workspace App Non-Compliance Report and click Search .
The displayed report shows the Device ID, User Name, Device Name, App Name, App Version and App Non-compliance Reason.

Internet Data Usage Report
The Internet data usage report includes the usage of network data by the devices and apps. You can search the On Demand Reports of network usage by the apps and devices for a selected date range. The report displays the detailed information of the network data usage of devices and apps with respect to Mobile Data, Wi-Fi, and in Roaming status. Network Data Usage displays two types of reports based on your search:
- Network data usage by devices
- Network data usage by apps
You can export these reports in CSV and PDF formats.
Viewing network data usage by devices
This search gives the report for the devices that utilized the network data in a particular date range within the Seqrite EMM network. You can also view the report of data usage with respect to Mobile, Wi-Fi, and in Roaming status.
To view the network usage report for the device within the Seqrite EMM network, follow these steps:
- Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports. The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports.
- In Report Type list, select Network Data Usage.
- In Select Type list, select Device. Select the Date Range and then click Search.
The list of devices that utilized network data for the selected date range, is displayed. The report shows details about Id, Device Name, Mobile Data (in MB), Wi-Fi Data (in MB), and roaming.
Note: If any particular date range is not selected, usage for all the devices is displayed. - To go back to the Reports page, click Close.
Viewing network data usage by apps
This search gives the report for the apps that utilized the network data in a particular date range within the Seqrite Enterprise Mobility Management network. You can also view the report of data usage by the individual app with respect to Mobile, Wi-Fi, and Roaming.
To view the network usage report for an app, follow these steps:
- Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports. The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view reports.
- In Report Type list, select Network Data Usage.

In Select Type list, select Apps and then select the Date Range and click Search.
The list of the apps that utilized the network data in the selected date range is displayed. The report includes the app icon and shows details about the App Name, Mobile Data (in MB), Wi-Fi Data (in MB), and Roaming.
Note: If any particular date range is not selected, then the usage for all the apps is displayed. - To go back to the Reports page, click Close.
Data Breach Report
Data Breach Report shows the details about data breach incident that occurred through the compromise of user’s email ID.
Viewing Data Breach Reports for Users
To view data breach reports for users, follow these steps:

Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports.
The Reports page is displayed. - In Report Type list, select Data Breach Reportand click Search.
- Click the eye icon to view the data breach details.
The list of users displayed with the breach count.
The displayed report shows the Device ID, Breach Name,Breach domain, Breach Type, and Breach Date.
You can search by keyword and set the number of records to be displayed on the page and also schedule the generation of the report as required daily, weekly or Monthly for a selected period to selected email recepients.
App Non-Compliance Report
The On Demand Reports of app non-compliance display the detailed information about non-compliant apps. The report is generated as per the status of the app such as Installation pending, Upgradation pending, Downgrade pending, and Uninstallation pending. You can export these reports in CSV and PDF formats.
- If you have recommended the app to install on the user device and the installation is pending, then the app will go into non-compliance mode and a report is generated.
- If you have asked the user to uninstall a particular app on the user’s device and the uninstallation is pending, then the app will go into app non-compliance mode and a report is generated.
- If an update of the Seqrite EMM app is available and the users have not upgraded the app, then the app will go into non-compliance mode and a report is generated. If you recommend the higher or lower version of the app which is already installed on the device, and the user has not upgraded or downgraded the app, then that app will go in app non-compliance mode.
Viewing app non-compliance reports for devices
To view app non-compliance reports for devices, follow these steps:
- Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports. The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports.
- In Report Type list, select App Non-Compliance Report.

Select the app name, app version, and then click Search.
The non-compliance report of the app is displayed. The report shows the following details; Device id, Device Name, Device Group, Device Owner, App Version, and App Non-Compliance Reason.
Note: If any particular application is in compliance mode, then no report will be generated.
Web Violation in Workspace Report
With this report, you get a complete information about the websites that were accessed through Workspace even if they were blacklisted in the Workspace profile. The report gives information about the device and device owner who accessed the blacklisted website, URL of the website, number of times the URL accessed, and the violation date.
Viewing Workspace Web violation report for devices
- Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports. The Reports page is displayed. Select appropriate filter criteria to view the reports.
- In Report Type list, select Workspace Web Violation Report.
- Select the number of days or the date range and click Search. The violation report is displayed with information such as; device name, device owner, URLs violated, no. of attempts, and the date of violation.
Schedule On Demand Report
After generating On Demand reports you can schedule such reports to be generated at the fixed date and time. You can schedule to generate the report on daily basis or weekly or monthly.
Scheduling on-demand report
To schedule report generation, follow these steps:
- Log on to the Seqrite EMM console and in the left pane, click Reports > On Demand Reports.
- Select the parameters and click Search. Report is generated.

Click Schedule Report. In the Schedule Report dialog box make the following changes:
- Enter report name.
- In Report Sending Frequency section, select Daily, Weekly or Monthly. As per your selection, you can select the days of the week or day of the month.
- Report sending period cannot exceed 90 days for daily and weekly cycle.
- Report sending period cannot exceed 180 days for monthly cycle.
- From the calendar, select the appropriate Report Sending Period.
- In Email Recipient text field add the comma-separated email IDs of the admin to receive the generated report in the form of attachment.
- Click Confirm. The on-demand report is scheduled for the given time and frequency.
Exporting On Demand Report
All the available On Demand Reports can be exported in PDF, HTML, or CSV format.
- On the On Demand Reports list page, select the required search criteria and click Export.
