Administrators can now manage Microsoft 365 user provisioning and deprovisioning directly from the ZTNA Admin Console without relying on external synchronization or manual support intervention.
With this enhancement, Office 365 user and domain management can be performed directly from the ZTNA UI in the Admin Portal.
After onboarding the Office 365 SaaS application, administrators can enable the Office 365 Domain Management feature by configuring the required backend setting. Once enabled, the Office 365 options become available in the Admin Portal, allowing administrators to:
- Add and manage Office 365 domains
- Perform domain federation and defederation
- Create and manage users
- View and manage domain-related configurations through a unified interface
