Connectors

The types of Connectors:

  • Enrichment Connectors
  • Ingestion Connectors
  • Response Connectors

The following table describes fields that you can view on the Connectors page.

Fields Description
CONNECTOR NAME Displays the name of the Connector.
VENDOR Displays the name of the Vendor.
TENANT INSTANCE Displays whether the instance is configured.
FUNCTIONS Displays functions associated with the Connector.

When you click any row of the connector, the details of the connector appear in the right pane.

Configuring Instance

You can configure Ingestion connector only.

To configure instance, do the following.

  1. On the Connectors page, click Configure Instance. The Connector Information window appears. Tenant Name appears in the box.
  1. Select Connector Name from the list. Connector Details appear in the box.
  1. In Configure Parameters section, enter Client Domain.
  2. Enter Client Email Id.
  3. Enter Client Id.
  4. Enter Client Secret
  5. Click Validate & Save.

The connector is validated and saved. The connector will appear in the Ingestion list.

Actions on Ingestion Connectors

The following actions can be taken on Ingestion Connectors.

  • Configure
  • Edit
  • Delete

Configuring Connector

If the instance is not configured, then only Configure command appears.

  1. Select the connector that you want to configure.
  2. Click the Configure command. The Connector Information window appears with data.
  1. Provide information as required.
  2. Click Validate & Save.

Editing Connector

  1. Select the connector that you want to edit.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis of the selected connector.
  3. The corresponding commands for Edit and Delete are displayed.
  4. Click the Edit
  5. The Connectors Details window appears with information. Edit the information.
  6. Click Validate & Save.

Deleting Connector

  1. Select the connector that you want to delete.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis of the selected connector.
  3. The corresponding commands for Edit and Delete are displayed.
  4. Click the Delete
  5. Click Delete on the confirmation dialog box. The connector is deleted.

Filter option

Using the Filter View

Apply the filters to narrow down your search criteria for displaying the connectors. You can filter by Connector Name and Vendor.
