This page will be visible only to the customers who have purchased only Seqrite EPS Cloud .
For customers who have purchased Seqrite HawkkEye with Seqrite EPS Cloud, this page is not applicable hence not visible.
On this page, you can manage Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud licenses. You can check the status of your Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud license and DLP licenses information. For post paid license, license information is not displayed.
License Status
In the License Status window, you can check the current status of your license information.
The license information includes the following details:

| Company Name | Displays the name of the company to which Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud is registered. |
| Product Name | Displays the product name, Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud. |
| Product Edition | Displays the product edition. |
| Product Key | Displays the Product Key of Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud. |
| License Expiry Date (GMT+5:30) | Displays expiry date of the Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud license. This field is not shown if the license type is Subscription. |
| HawkkHunt | Displays whether subscribed to HawkkHunt or not. |
| License Type | Displays type of the license from the following, · Trial · Commercial · Subscription |
| Tenant Id | Displays Tenant Id. This is password to extract zipped folder of archived monthly reports. |
The license status displays three half pie charts, one chart for EPS License, the other for DLP License and one for File Sandbox License. The chart displays the number of licenses utilized and licenses remaining.
Update License Information
This feature is useful to synchronize your existing license information with Seqrite Activation Server. You can update your license information whenever required by clicking the Update License Information button.
Licence Order
The License Order window user interface changes according to your EPS Cloud license.
If you have trial license,user interface to convert it into commercial license appears.
If you have commerciallicense, user interface to place an order with different options appears.
If you have trial license
In the License Order window, you can do the following.
- Convert your current trial license to commercial license by buying commercial license.
- Activate your EPS Cloud product with the product key that you have
Converting trial license to commercial license
To buy commercial license, click the Buy Now button.
An automated Email is sent to the Partner to process your order.
If you are using trial license of any edition, you can convert it into commercial license. This needs to be done before the trial license period expires.
While converting to commercial license, you can convert the trial license to the same edition or lower editions only.
The benefit of this feature is your setup of Seqrite EPS remains intact. All your endpoints, created policies, applied policies remain as it is, if you convert to same edition.
If you convert to downgrade license, only the features available in the downgraded edition will be available.
If you have product key
If you have the product key, you can activate EPS Cloud with the following steps.

In the License Order window, click the ‘Have a product key? Activate license’ button.
The Activate dialog box appears.
- Enter product key to activate Seqrite Endpoint Security Cloud.

Click Activate.
In few minutes, your commercial license for EPS Cloud will be set. A notification will be sent to your registered Email address once the setup is ready.
- Update License Information by clicking Update License Information button.
If you have commercial license
In the License Order window, you can place an order to renew your license, add new licenses to your existing setup, or buy additional features packs.
To place an order, follow these steps:
- Select one of the following options:
- Renew my license: Helps you renew your current license.
- Add license for new endpoints: Helps you buy additional licenses.
- Edition Upgrade/Buy additional feature: Helps you upgrade the edition or buy additional features packs as per the following table:
- Click Place an Order.
An order is created, and an automated Email is sent to the Partner to process your order.
