The Templates section is where you can create, manage, and organize reusable questionnaire templates. Templates provide a standardized structure for assessments, making it easier to ensure consistency and efficiency across your organization.
On this page, you can see and use the available templates and add new templates. To add a new template follow these instructions
- Click the Add Template button in the top right corner of the screen.
- This will open the Survey Template screen where you can enter the survey title, image, Pages description and the required questions.
- Once you are done with done with filling in all the details, click the Save button at the bottom of the screen and then you can preview the same by clicking the Preview tab on the top menu bar.
- You can also define the logic of the template by clicking the Logic tab in the top menu bar, here, you can define the logic for the template questions such as if the user answers Question 1 correctly, then only the second question will be displayed. Likewise, the users can define the logic.
Note: You can filter the templates by clicking the filter by dropdown.
When adding a template, you can choose the response types as multiple choice, radio buttons (Yes/No), descriptive responses, and toggle answers types.
