Visual Markers

Visual Marker is a special sign, tag that alerts the user about the privacy sensitivity of the data they are handling.
Visual Marker feature allows admin to watermark the text as protected, confidential, public and restricted.

When a data source or database is scanned, the classifier analyzes the content and assigns a tag based on predefined categories such as Protected, Private, Restricted, or Confidential. Once the data is classified, the system automatically applies a corresponding visual marker to the documents. This visual marker helps identify the sensitivity level of each file and enables automated enforcement of privacy policies.
Note:. This feature is currently supported only for SharePoint.
