Assessments are created to measure knowledge, skills, performance, or outcomes, identify strengths and weaknesses, and support improvement and decision-making
The Assessments section allows you to create assessments based on predefined templates, manage participant roles, and oversee the review and approval process.
Assessment User Role
A new role called Assessment User has been introduced specifically for the assessment workflow. This role has restricted permissions and is limited to assessment activities.
An Assessment User can participate in the flow as an approver, respondent, or participant, depending on how the owner assigns them. Outside of assessments, this role does not have broader access or permissions in the app.
