The Compliance Dashboard plays crucial role in monitoring and maintaining compliance with the respective regulations. It provides a centralized view of compliance status and facilitate proactive measures to ensure data privacy and security.
This Dashboard provides visual representations of compliance metrics and reporting capabilities to support ongoing compliance management. It additionally offers a summary of the identified data organized into specific tags pertaining to PCI, HIPAA, and COPPA.
The following components are displayed on the Dashboard:
Data Classifiers
This section indicates the number of data classifiers associated with the PCI tag and how many of them have been discovered within the enterprise. Data classifiers are used to identify and classify sensitive data.
Data Sources
Here, you can find information about the configured data sources and the number of data source instances in which the PCI tag has been detected. Data sources refer to the systems or applications that contain data and are monitored for potential PCI data.
Devices
This section provides details about the configured devices and the number of devices in which the PCI tag has been identified. Devices represent the endpoints or machines where data is stored or accessed.
Data Summary Report
At the bottom of the Dashboard, you will find the Data Summary Report for the selected tag.
This report provides a comprehensive overview of the PCI data, including its Data Source Instance, Data Source, Data Classifier, Business and Technology Owner and count of records. It offers insights and analysis to help understand the scope and impact of PCI data within the enterprise.
To export the Data Summary Report in PDF format, click the Export button located in the upper right corner.
