The administrator of Seqrite Data Privacy can stop, pause and resume the scanning process for each individual data source.
You can use the quick filters provided at the top on the Scan Status page to view the statistics related to the scan status.
The administrator is able to

Stop or Terminate the ongoing data source scan.

Pause the ongoing data source scan.

Resume the paused data source scan.
1. Scheduled Scan Pauses
- Scans will pause according to the configured schedule.
- Example: If a data scan is scheduled daily from 2:10 AM to 2:15 AM, and the scan is not completed within this timeframe, it will be paused.
- The scan will resume at the next scheduled time (2:10 AM) and continue from where it left off.
2. Health Check-Based Scan Pauses

If a health check fails, the scan will be paused.

The system will recheck the application’s health after
one hour:
- If the application is healthy, the scan will resume from the paused point.
- If the application is still unhealthy, the scan will remain paused until the next successful health check.
All the above actions are applicable to the data sources. To access the error report for scanning errors, you can navigate to the ‘Data Sources‘ tab. You will find a list of data source instances and their respective error counts. If the error count exceeds 1, click the ‘Error Report‘ icon to obtain additional information regarding the encountered errors.
