This section explains how to use the Group Client Actions feature, which allows you to perform bulk operations on multiple endpoints, similar to individual client actions.
Available Actions
From the dropdown menu, you can choose any of the following actions:
- Migrate – Migrate all endpoints to a new configuration or environment.
- Scan – Initiate a scan on all endpoints.
- Update – Initiate an update on the selected endpoints.
- Upgrade – Upgrade clients running version N-1 or earlier to the latest version
The other available actions:
- Patch Install – Install patches on endpoints.
- Export – Export endpoint data.
- Filter by – Filter the endpoint list based on the available criteria.
- Search – Search for endpoints using the selected search criterion, such as Endpoint Name.
- Rows per page – Select the number of endpoint records to display per page (10, 25, 50, or 100).
- Pagination – Navigate between pages of endpoint records.
Note: In some cases, some features need to be enabled from the key.
You can perform actions on endpoints by selecting either:
Root Group (Server)
Selecting the root group automatically selects all endpoints under it.
Even if pagination is set to display only 10 endpoints per page (or 20, 30, etc.), all endpoints are selected in the background.
Once selected, you can apply any of the available actions from the dropdown.
Individual Groups
You can also select specific groups (other than the root group and under the root group).
Actions will be applied only to the endpoints within the selected group.
