Reset Password tool
If you need to change the password of Super Admin, you can do this with help of Reset Password tool.
To change the Super Admin password, follow these steps.
- Open the terminal on your EPP Server machine and log in as a root user.
- Go to /opt/Seqrite_EndPoint_Security/tools/reset_password_tool/
- To execute the Reset Password tool, type the following command: bash Reset_Password.sh -c
- The Reset Password prompt appears. Type the password and then re-type the same password to confirm it.
- The Super Admin password is reset. Now you can log on with new password to the EPP console.
