For installing the client on Windows Server OS, uninstall Windows Defender using the following link:

From version 1.6 onwards, Seqrite Endpoint Protection Cloud uses only SHA‑2 certificates for code‑signing.

Seqrite Endpoint Protection client cannot be installed on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 unless the following updates are installed:
- KB4474419
- KB4490628
Install them manually using the links, OR install Internet Explorer 11 to get them automatically.
A system restart is required after installation.
For Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025, you must uninstall Windows Defender before installing the client.
Restart the system after uninstallation.
