Upgrade Clients

To upgrade the clients, follow these steps:

1. On the Status page, select the endpoints you want to upgrade the clients.
2. The client action bar is enabled above the table. In the Client Actions list, select Upgrade Clients.
3. Click Submit. The action will be initiated on the client as per the set polling interval.
   The client will be upgraded with the latest version.

Note: For Mac client, it is necessary to uninstall the existing client and perform a fresh installation using the latest packager.

Windows Upgrade (v10.9.0.0 or v10.12.0)

Upgrade flow depends on VDB date:

Admin sets reboot deadline (0–7 days):

After upgrade:
o AV status becomes Success
o Client version updates to v10.13.0.0
• Reboot is required
• If Universal Agent is installed, it integrates post-upgrade

Linux Upgrade (v10.9.0.0, v10.11.0.0, v10.12.0.0)

• VDB date must be on or after 21 Feb 2025
• Admin sends upgrade notification
• AV status changes to Upgrade in Progress
• Final version updates to v10.13.0.0
• Universal Agent integrates if installed

Linux upgrade will not have the Consent Based

Service Pack 1.0 Availability and Upgrade Information for Client v10.13.0.0 [Windows and Linux]

Service Pack 1.0 for client version 10.13.0.0 is available for both Windows and Linux platforms.

The upgrade process remains the same. Select the clients running version 10.13.0.0 and send the Upgrade command. This action upgrades the client to version 10.13.1.0.

As this is a Service Pack upgrade, antivirus reinstallation is not required. After the upgrade command is initiated, users are prompted to restart their systems.

Note:

• Consent-based upgrade is not applicable for this upgrade. A system restart is mandatory to ensure that all fixes and enhancements are applied correctly.
• Client version 10.13.0.0 is applicable only to systems with VDB dated 13 January 2026 or later on both Windows and Linux.
• The current Service Pack is available only for the English locale.
