You can export the selected user details to a CSV file that is downloaded to your computer. You can export information for a single user or multiple users also.
To export the user details, follow these steps:
- Log on to the Seqrite HawkkEye portal.
- Go to User. The Users page appears displaying list of users.
- Select the users for which you want to export the information to a .CSV file.
- Click the Export as CSV button on the upper right corner. A .CSV file is downloaded to the computer.

In the Korean and Japanese UI, in User details csv file, values in the Status and 2FA columns are displayed in English script.
