On this page, you have the option to configure the session timeout for the tenant. The default session timeout period is set to 20 minutes. However, you can choose from the following options to customize the session timeout according to your preferences.

30 minutes
If you select this option, the session will remain active for 30 minutes of inactivity before automatically timing out. -
60 minutes
Choosing this option will extend the session timeout to 60 minutes, providing a longer period of inactivity before the session expires. -
90 minutes
By selecting this option, the session timeout period will be set to 90 minutes, allowing an even greater duration of inactivity before the session is terminated.
Note ☛
The session timeout refers to the period of inactivity after which the user will be automatically logged out and will need to log in again to continue using the service.
To apply the session timeout value, you must log out and then log back in.
