Create a Cookie Consent Manager

Create a cookie consent manager to scan a website, identify cookies and trackers, and prepare a consent experience for website visitors.

Configure scan settings

The Setup phase defines SDP scans your website for cookies and trackers.
Configure the following information:
Enter basic information

1. Enter a name in Cookie Consent Manager Name.
2. Enter the website URL in Website Address.
3. Select Include sub-domains to include all identified sub-domains in the scan.

Select a scan type

• Choose one of the following options:
  • Scan full website
  • Limited scan

Scan Full website
Scans the entire website.

• Configure the following settings:
  • Page Depth: Specifies how many levels of pages the scanner traverses from the starting page. The maximum value is 99.
  • Page Limit: Specifies the maximum number of pages to scan. The maximum value is 999.

Limited Scan
Scans only the specified URLs.

• Configure URL and domain settings.
• Use one or more of the following options:
  • Add specific URLs to include selected URLs in the scan.
  • Add specific sub-domains to include selected sub-domains in the scan.
  • Add exclusion URLs to exclude URLs from the scan.
  • Add exclusion keywords to exclude pages that contain specified keywords.

Schedule recurring scans

1. Select a Start Date.
2. Specify the Repeat every value.
3. Select a frequency.

You can schedule scans to run every:

• 1 to 3 weeks
• 1 to 11 months
• 1 to 2 months

The scan starts on the selected date and runs according to the configured schedule.

Start the scan

• Select Add & Start Scan.
• To leave the page while the scan is running, select Exit & Continue Scanning.

The system redirects you to the Cookie Consent Manager list page and continues the scan in the background.
