Configure the Consent Experience

  1. Open the Cookie Consent Manager list page.
  2. Select the required cookie consent manager.
  3. Select Configure Consent Experience.
  4. Select a default consent option:
    • Opt-in: Cookies remain disabled until users provide consent.
    • Opt-out: Cookies are enabled by default. Users can withdraw consent.
    • Double opt-in: All cookie categories are disabled by default. Users must provide an additional confirmation after enabling categories.

Configure languages

  1. Add the languages in which you want to publish the consent experience.
  2. Use Preview to review the consent experience in different languages.
  3. To add all supported Indian languages, go to Quick Selection.
  4. Select Add All Languages.

    5. Note:The cookie consent experience supports more than 100 languages, including 22 Indian languages.

Select a display behavior.

  • Choose one of the following options:
    • Banner Only: Displays only the cookie consent banner.
    • Popup Only: Displays only the cookie consent popup.
    • Banner > Popup: Displays a banner first. When users select Customize, the popup opens.

Allow users to update consent

  • Enable the consent update option to allow website visitors to modify their consent preferences after they submit them.
