Personalization provides enhanced customization options for the user portal. Administrators can now upload custom logos, favicons, and background images, as well as fine-tune the browser window title. Tailor the user portal’s look to match your brand identity with ease.
The following are the customization options available for the login page of the user portal.
- Browser Window Title
The Browser Window Title transforms into the title of the browser tab of the application. - Logo
The image uploaded through the Logo field will be rendered on the login screen. - Favicon
The image uploaded through the Favicon field will be rendered on the browser tab of the application preceding the application tide. - Background Image
The image uploaded through the Background Image field will define the background image of the login page.
The following tables provide an overview of logo, favicon, and background image visibility in the user portal for different Identity Providers (IdPs) such as AD2012, AD2016, AD2019, Seqrite, Azure, Google, and ADFS, specifying when these elements are displayed upon login.

If a user is currently logged in, any updates made to the logo and favicon will only become visible after the user logs out and then logs back in again.
You have the option to utilize the Reset to Default feature to revert back to the default images.
With the Preview option you’ll be able to see all these customization options:
- Browser Window Title transforming into the browser tab title.
- Logo appearing on the login screen.
- Favicon displayed on the browser tab.

Important ☛
The Preview functionality is applicable only for Azure, Google, and ADFS IdPs. To utilize this functionality, the Background Image option must be visible on the user interface. If only the Browser Window Title, Logo, and Favicon options are present, the Preview functionality will not be available.
