- For successful agent installation, one port in the range 50061–50065 must be open and available on the endpoint.
- If devices are not appearing or are shown as disconnected in CSM, this may be due to firewall settings. Please ensure that SSL inspection is disabled for the specified whitelisted URLs or domains. Alternatively, you can install a valid Firewall CA certificate on all endpoints.
