Report Scheduling

Overview

Previously, administrators were required to manually export Access logs and Audit trail reports, resulting in significant time and effort. To streamline this process and enhance user experience, a new feature has been introduced wherein Access logs and Audit trail reports will be automatically dispatched via email to registered addresses. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual exportation and facilitates efficient access to vital data.

Report Types

The feature includes automatically sending out following types of reports:

1. Audit Trail Report
2. Visibility Report
3. Reports for Devices Actions
4. Reports for App Connectors Actions

Frequency

Reports will be dispatched on a regular basis with the following frequency options:

• Weekly
• Monthly

Report Format

The reports will be sent in CSV format, ensuring compatibility with existing features and modules.

Implementation

1. Automated Dispatch: Once enabled, the system will automatically generate and dispatch the reports based on the specified frequency.
2. Email Registration: Administrators can register email addresses to which the reports will be sent. This ensures that relevant stakeholders receive the reports seamlessly.

To ensure successful receipt of reports, whitelist our email ID. Whitelisting lets emails bypass spam filters and ensures you receive reports without interruptions

Note ☛

• When scheduling reports, all reports are set to be sent via email at 1 AM. For example, if today's date is selected, the email will be sent at 1 AM on the same day.
• Despite the email being triggered at 1 AM, the data contained in the file only reflects information up to 11:59 PM.
• Regarding monthly scheduling, users have the option to select the first day of the month, the last day of the month, or a custom day.
