Managing Report Maintenance

This feature helps you archive the database and delete the reports manually in the following way:

  1. Log on to Seqrite Endpoint Security Web console.
  2. Go to Reports > Manage > Report Maintenance.
  3. Under Archive database settings, do the following:
    • Archive database after xx days: Select the number of days to archive the database.
    • Archive database when the database size reaches xxx GB: Select this option and select the number of database size to archive when reaches the limit.
    • Specify path for database archive: Enter the path to save the archived database.
  4. Under Manually delete reports, select one of the following options:
    • Delete reports older than … days: Select the number of days to remove the reports older than the days you want to.
    • Delete all reports: Select this option if you want to remove all the reports generated till now.
  5. Under Select Reports, select the report types that you want to remove from the following:
    • Clients Reports
    • Server Reports
  6. After setting the criteria, click Apply to remove the reports.
