Registration Security Enhancements

Registration is now secured with Email validation and One-Time Password (OTP) verification. Activation requires successful OTP validation through email or phone number.

Email Validation

• If the entered email ID already exists, the system displays the following error message:
  “Company/Administrator Email ID already exists. Please update.”
• To continue with activation, enter a valid and unique email address.

OTP Validation

• OTPs are sent to the email ID and the mobile number (10-digit only) provided in the activation wizard.
• OTPs are valid for 3 minutes.
• You have 3 attempts to enter the correct OTP.
  • If all 3 attempts fail, activation is blocked for 30 minutes.
  • The following error message appears:
    “You have made too many attempts. Please try after 30 minutes.”
• For countries outside India, OTPs are sent only to the registered email ID. SMS OTPs are not supported.
